The River Park restaurant
The gastronomic concept of our restaurant is called "Hits of the world's cuisines". We cook popular dishes of the European, Pan-Asiatic and Russian cuisines. We finished some popular recipes a little, having added the Siberian notes – for example, bruschetta with a salmon or pumpkin cream soup.
There are two menus – the main menu and the vegetarian one. There are many delicacies from veal among dishes of the main menu. Our chef creates real gastronomic masterpieces from the veal. Also there is a wide choice of fish dishes in the menu. Some of them you will never try anywhere else but here. For example, the most tasty smoke-cured Yenisei sterlet from our own smoking shed or a light-salted salmon in creamy sauce with minced horseradish.
Vegetarian cuisine in the River Park is very tasty and very nourishing. There are all categories of dishes from soups to desserts.
Good drinks are applied to a tasty and healthy food. You will find fine spirits of sparkling wines and champagne in the wine list of the restaurant. Popular types of strong spirits, signature cocktails, soft drinks are always on the menu.
